For items such as lingerie, clothing, and accessories, we are pleased to offer a return option, provided the items are unused, with original tags still attached, and come in their undamaged packaging. This policy ensures both flexibility for our customers and a commitment to their well-being.
Excluded from lingerie returns are items such as latex wear, hosiery, and bodystockings.

Damages and Issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
