Anal Dildos: Slim, Beaded & Suction Cup Designs
An anal dildo is made for deeper, thrusting play than a plug. Every dildo in this collection has a flared or suction cup base, the safety feature that matters most for anal use, plus a smooth, tapered body that makes insertion more comfortable. You'll find slim beginner sizes, realistic shapes, beaded and textured designs, and vibrating models with a wireless remote.
Use them solo, with a partner, or attached to a smooth surface for hands-free play. Looking for something to wear rather than thrust? Explore butt plugs, or browse everything in anal sex toys.
Find your anal dildo
Choosing your anal dildo
For anal play, width matters far more than length. Start with a slim, smooth dildo with a gently pointed tip and work up slowly. A flexible body follows your curves comfortably, while a firmer one gives more defined pressure. If you're curious about prostate stimulation specifically, a curved prostate massager is designed to target it.
Solo or with a partner
Suction cup bases are ideal for solo play: stick the dildo to the shower wall or a chair and control the angle and pace yourself. Many of our anal dildos are also harness-compatible, so they work for partner play and pegging. Find more ideas in our sex toys for couples, or browse all our dildos.
Comfort first
Warm up with fingers or a small plug, relax, and use a generous amount of a thick anal lube, reapplying often. Go slowly and stop if anything hurts.
Realistic or non-realistic?
Realistic anal dildos have a lifelike head and veins, which some people find more exciting, especially for role play. Non-realistic designs are often smoother and more tapered, making them easier to insert for beginners. Both work well as long as the base is flared and the material is body-safe.
Materials compared
Silicone is soft, non-porous and the easiest to clean, but it shouldn't be used with silicone lube. Dual-density realistic materials have a firm core and a softer outer layer that feels closer to skin. Glass is very smooth and firm and works well for temperature play. Avoid porous jelly materials for anal use, as they're harder to keep hygienic.
Building up gradually
Many people start with a small plug, move on to a slim dildo, then gradually try longer or thicker designs. There's no rush: your body adapts with relaxation, practice and plenty of lube. Pay attention to how you feel the next day too; any soreness is a sign to slow down.
Anal Dildo or Butt Plug?
Both are safe for anal play, but they're made for different experiences.
