Kegel Balls: Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor & Boost Sensation
Kegel balls, also called Ben Wa balls or love balls, are small weighted balls worn inside the vagina. As your pelvic floor muscles work to hold them in place, they get stronger, which can improve bladder control, support recovery after childbirth and lead to stronger orgasms.
Our range includes the Fun Factory Smartballs, Satisfyer V Balls and Strengthening Balls, Playboy Pleasure Put In Work and stainless steel kegel balls. Want a progressive programme? See our kegel ball sets, or explore all sex toys for her.

How kegel balls work
When you insert kegel balls and move around, your pelvic floor muscles naturally contract to hold them. Over time this strengthens the muscles, much like lifting weights at the gym. Some balls have an inner weight that rolls as you move, adding gentle stimulation.
How to use them
Wash the balls, add a little water-based lube and insert them while lying down, leaving the retrieval cord outside. Stand up and go about light activities for 15 minutes to start, gradually building up. Remove them slowly by gently pulling the cord.
Choosing your first set
Start with a single, lighter ball or a pair of smaller balls, and progress to heavier weights as your muscles strengthen. Silicone balls are soft and comfortable; steel balls are heavier and firmer.
Kegel balls or a vibrating egg?
Kegel balls focus on muscle training; a vibrating egg focuses on pleasure, though squeezing around it also works your pelvic floor.
Silicone or stainless steel kegel balls?
Silicone kegel balls are soft, flexible and comfortable, and many have a smooth silicone cord that makes removal easy. Stainless steel balls are heavier and firmer, which makes your muscles work harder, and they're very easy to clean. Beginners usually start with silicone and move to steel as their pelvic floor gets stronger. Both are body-safe and non-porous.
